Provincial Nominee Programs
Canadian provinces and territories invite those candidates to apply for nomination who have skills, education and work experience to contribute to the economy of the province or territory and want to settle in that province or territory. Each province and territory has different immigration streams and criteria to nominate a candidate.
Eligibility
Paper-based process
To be eligible under non-express entry streams, you must:
- meet the minimum requirements of one of the province or territory’s non-express entry streams
- be nominated under that stream
Express Entry streams
To be eligible under express entry streams, you must:
- have an active express entry profile
- meet the minimum requirements of a province or territory’s express entry stream
- be nominated under that stream
